The Presentation

Darby's presentation focuses on a huge truth he has discovered during years of his mental health study, on that neuroscience findings support -- we can all change our lives intentionally, one thought at a time. Each thought, in the face of adversity, affects us positively or negatively, and using the right mental tools, we can willingly steer our lives every minute of every day.


Developing a flexible mindset increases resiliency.


Using the foundation, "Rewriting Your Story, " Darby teaches students to reexamine their lives through the lens of a story, to reframe their tales from tragedy to adventure, and to picture themselves as heroic authors rather than characters of circumstance.
